In 1882, German inventor Carl F.A. Wienke, filed a patent on the Waiter’sFriend, also known as a Butler’s Friend a Wine Key, and because its resemblance to the pocket knife a Sommeliers Knife. Our waiters corkscrew pin is hand cast in solid, lead-free pewter. The corkscrew pins have a US made, military style clasp back to secure keep your pin secure on a coat, hat, or bag. All server pins arrive packaged on our signature presentation cards, making them ready for gift-giving! Gifting to wait staff, hosting a vineyard wedding, or promoting your favorite wine? Our custom card option allows you to design the front of the card to include a logo, information about your event, or a special message.
